How do replies get routed to existing tasks?

Include ticket:xxxx in the subject line when forwarding. Casso routes the email as a new comment on the existing task instead of creating a duplicate.

How is this different from Asana's Gmail add-on?

The Asana Gmail add-on only syncs the "most recent 5 messages" and dumps content as one blob. Casso parses entire threads into separate comments, extracts due dates, and preserves HTML.
