How does the email limit work?
Each plan has a monthly email limit (10 free, 100 Pro, 500 Business). This counts the number of emails you forward to Casso, not the number of tasks created. Limits reset on the 1st of each month.
What happens if I hit my limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit (5 emails remaining). If you exceed it, forwarded emails will be queued until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade your plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! The Free plan gives you 10 emails/month forever - no credit card required. It's perfect for testing Casso with your workflow before upgrading.
Can I change plans anytime?
