In our use-case, this was a deal-breaker. Following a hugely frustrating period of trying to make it work, with absolute lack of traction from support, and it consistently failing, we abandoned the app entirely and created our own solution.

My single biggest gripe with emails is the fact that if you forward one to ClickUp you can't then reply to it from ClickUp. Only messages started in ClickUp can be replied to. Such a terrible limitation and real time-killer.

3+ years waiting

I forward updates to Monday.com. This feature seems to work sometimes but other times following the exact same workflow will not add the email. Is this a bug or is the feature just not very reliable?

Jira issues not being created using Incoming Mail Handler. Emails work fine for internal users but not for external users such as clients or external tech reps.

I have several mail handlers, one for each project. When I test them, I get 'No messages were found' but the mailbox contains several emails. Some handlers work, others don't.

This is expected, unless you are using JSM. The mail handler only works if the sender has a license to create issues.

When creating a task via email, the rules engine isn't working. I have rules to add collaborators and set due dates but these don't apply. Tasks slip through the cracks if I'm not available.
